Casey Boyle-Eldridge is Owner and President of CBE Educational Services, Inc. She provides consulting, training, and technical assistance with a primary focus of enhancing leadership skills, strengthening communications and promoting behavioral health and promoting protective factors across the life course spectrum. She provides trainings and webinars in the field of adolescent development, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug risk behaviors, building community coalitions with prevention planning in the program designs.

CBE also provides one-on-one consulting for strategic planning, conference presentations, identifying needs assessment, understanding program evaluation, meeting facilitation and grant writing support services.  Her work includes a related thread of building sustainability through a series of grant writing workshops and webinars.

        Contracted consultant work includes:

  • National Trainer of Trainers for SAMHSA’s revised 2012 SAPST Trainings for SE CAPT/ NE CAPT / Central CAPT
  • Master Trainer for Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration ‘s (SAMHSA) Center for Application Technology (CAPT) regional Community of Practice Virtual Technical Assistance for the Substance Abuse Prevention Skills Training (SAPST) Facilitators
  • SAPST trainings provided in North Dakota, New York, Maine, Delaware, New Hampshire, Texas, Maryland, Oregon, West Virginia, and Arkansas. 

Services included providing the exposure course, the trainer of trainers’ course, TOT coach and consultant. Most of these trainings were with a co-trainer, and several were as a solo trainer.

Casey received a BA in Liberal Arts concentrating on Economic History and studies in poverty from Norwich University’s Vermont College. She earned her M. Ed in adult learning theory, and adolescent development focused on K-12 school counseling from Vermont College at Union Institute and University. Casey’s work includes facilitating meetings, workshops, and strategic plans; presenting at conferences; developing evaluation and community need assessment designs and reports. She is a Global Learning Partners Certified Teacher. Casey has been working with SAMHSA’s Center for the Application of the Prevention Technologies (CAPT) Northeast Resource Team for the five years, as a training and technical assistance provider for their clients.  The CAPT provides training and technical assistance to states/tribes/jurisdictions. She is the former SPF SIG Director for the State of Texas, the former statewide school-based tobacco coordinator for the Vermont Department of Education, and is a Master Trainer in the Substance Abuse Skills Prevention Training (SAPST).  In addition, Casey designs and facilitates webinars and workshops on location in capacity building and sustainability for coalitions, schools and communities.
