Empowering Youth Development Workers

This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to examine ten youth development core competencies that address the worker’s own knowledge, skills, and abilities. Participants will use an assessment tool checklist to validate their strengths and identify possible areas for future professional development. The tool is a personal reflection not a shared document.
